I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DraftKings in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was similar to most tech companies. Meeting with HR, interview with the hiring manager, and 3-4 panel interviews focusing on different areas. Product, behavioral, case study, etc. The entire process took over a month though the recruiter initially told me it should take half of that because they're very quick. At the end of the process the recruiter called me and told me I performed well during the interview and an offer would be incoming. The offer never came and I was eventually told the position was on hold. Their communication was great until this period though once the offer was incoming they disappeared. Months later the called me back in and suggested the position was back online and they were prepared to make an offer which of course never came. At this point the communication stopped again which I sort of expected after my original experience. Their interview process is a lengthy investment and would hesitate to recommend it to anyone based on my experience. Run away, don't walk.

- Phone interview with Hiring Manager (more questions about role and tech.)
Phone interviews were pretty relaxed. In-person were not stressful either.
