Even if you are able to complete the coding with no flaws, they call one of the interview Object Oriented Design its more of system design, and they are confused between system design and Object Oriented Design. But even though if you design it properly, if you don't design it in a way they expect, they would not point in right direction as compared to other companies. The technical deep dive, is like the manager would say he understands whatever you are saying but he doesn't understand a single thing because the recruiter would say you need to improve in Technical deep dive. The Team Dynamics is something if you prepare for the text book answers then you would be able to clear it. The interview process here is, if every person in interview panel like you personally and technically, then only they would hire you. Its not based on just the skills which one would expect.
