Quick and easy. Had to do a couple interviews. They just want to get to know who they are going to hire. Ultimately did not accept the job because of pay.
Straight forward asks the right questions and will gage what type of leader you are. Just be truthful the hiring process doesn’t seem extensive, turn around seems like it will be quick
The interview was easy and informative about what the job would entail. The interviewer made things very easy and asked simple questions about what he would like to achieve in the job
