I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Southington, CT) in Dec 2011
Interview
After dropping off my application I heard back within a few days. My interview was in the store that I had applied to and was very laid back and casual. The Manager of the store came out into the lobby where we had a conversation about past employment, my extracurricular, and what the job entailed and the expectations that went along with it. it was very short, maybe 15 minutes long. I was offered the job on the spot and given the instructions on how to proceed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
got asked a bit about my past employment. Mostly just went over the job and what the expectations would be.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
