Submitted online resume, received call to interview. Was told that the application would be e-mailed prior to interview, but it wasn't. I arrived and interviewed, and was handed the application to complete. The interviewer then proceeded to interview me, leaving me no opportunity to do the application. She said she would e-mail it to me, but that never happened. Never heard from them again either.
Found out during the interview they were looking for someone specifically with Section 8/subsidized housing experience. This was not stated in the ad. While I've been exposed to several properties, such as a bond property, that require a lot of detailed and formal documentation of residents and compliance paperwork, it seems that they were not open to considering anything but Section 8 experience.
