I recently had a technical interview with a senior developer for a junior position. The interview was fairly relaxed and didn’t include many technical questions. Instead, the focus was primarily on my past experiences, the projects I’ve worked on, and my general approach to problem-solving. Since it was for a junior role, the interviewer didn’t dive too deep into complex technical topics but asked more HR-style questions to understand my communication skills, work ethic, and how I collaborate in a team environment. Overall, it was more about getting to know me than testing technical depth.
