My experience interviewing with E-Bridge Pre-School was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. The interview began with very basic questions, such as why I wanted to leave my current job. As it progressed, it felt like the interviewer was trying to gather information about practices from other companies rather than focusing on assessing my suitability for the role. The entire interview lasted about 1 hour 30 minutes. After the interview, HR stopped responding and did not provide any update , even when I followed up for weeks. A simple acknowledgment or status update would have been the respectful and professional thing to do. Overall, it was a poor candidate experience and not a positive first impression of the organisation.

Interviewer is very unprofessional, am quite taken aback by the personal questions and also questions directed towards my previous employer. The professionalism of the interviewer is quite underwhelming and shocking. Bragging on one self is not cool at all.
