EC Outsourcing interview questions

Applied online very easy process, was phoned a couple days later and interview held over the phone and then offered an induction the following day where I was offered a job, however declined due to pay and commission structure.

The interview was based on previous experience and general questions and it was quite easy. The hiring manager explained in detail about the job and the responsibilities. The process was quite smooth and ended with a tour of the office.
