Le processus de l’entretien d’embauche commence par le dépôt de candidature sur le site de l’entreprise. Après la présélection des profils retenus, un premier entretien a lieu avec la responsable des ressources humaines. Il est suivi d’un entretien avec le manager, puis se termine par une rencontre avec l’équipe afin d’évaluer l’intégration du candidat.

Interview
The process was 5 weeks long, and it initially consisted of a recruiter call, and then two further stages with some basic online assessments (Maths, English comprehension). Both were sort of technical, with the first having a "data" problem in which I had to talk through how I would arrange columns, which data I would bring through and any possible transformations. Experience and my CV were also talked about - talking through relevant projects and data tech stacks. The second round consisted of more 'business' focussed data engineering questions where there was a non technical colleague present on the call.
I sign up on a freelance platform and I got in touch with them as a contractor through a recruiting agencies.
I think the process took less than two weeks overall.
