One month process involving two phone screenings, and then single day with 5 in-person interviews. Interview given in their Columbia, Maryland offices if applying to the Distributed Solutions division.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief äußerst positiv und war sowohl für mich als auch für den Interviewer eine wertvolle Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre war professionell, zugleich aber auch sehr freundlich und einladend. Es war offensichtlich, dass das Unternehmen Wert darauf legt, potenzielle Mitarbeiter nicht nur nach ihren Fähigkeiten, sondern auch nach ihrer Persönlichkeit und ihrem Potenzial zu bewerten.

Good, quick. 2 rounds, one with direct boss and one with boss's boss. Good explanation of role. Seemed like a good place to work, with a great work-life balance and kind, hands-off management.
