EE Part Time Sales Associate interview questions

job requirement didn't say not fit for 20hours working hours limitation student, then give you an email asked for phone interview, the phone interview totally around 1-2mins, called you and say you are a student right? then not fit for our hours requirement. Then received an rejection email said you cannot apply EE again within 6 month. FO!
