I had the opportunity to be interviewed by a panel of three employees, which included a Senior Vice President and two Human Resources representatives. The Senior Vice President led the interview and focused on my past work experience, meanwhile the HR representatives were keen on understanding my interpersonal skills, cultural fit, and experiences related to company values.
During the interview, I demonstrated my ability to handle high-pressure situations through examples from my past roles. I highlighted my problem-solving skills, explaining how I worked effectively accomplish my tasks and reached to the goal.
