Interview
It was a friendly interview panel of four employees from different levels. They asked technical questions and basic behavioural interview questions. The interview was about an hour and a half long.
About 30 minutes' first round interview with HR over the phone. Friendly chat. Asked about past work experience, background, and career plans. Explained the new role's job description and functions.
