I got called by a recruiter from ERM for this interview. The date changed a few times but it was fixed finally. Interview was quite straight forward, with the offer letter prepared immediately after the informal chit chat. However, to be wary; as the offer letter stated that we cant join a client of this company or competitor for 6 months after resignation.

Interview
The recruiter was 15 mins late for our call and didn't know which role I was interviewing for. Dropped off the call abruptly and told me she'd call back and never did. Didn't respond to my email for over a week.

basic questions - your experience a time you work with a client
Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
