Easy, focus on mandarin speaker, because mostly are china workers only can communicate in mandarin, provide 200 for accommodation allowance, total rm1200 for allowance engineer internship, i found it in a career fair
Long process and at the end with really promising outcome but not response t the end from HR anymore
Quite impolite of you consider Theorien and effort out into 3 interviews

Interview
The interview process took around 1 hour. All questions are asked in Chinese by the Plant Manager and Department Manager. However, I feel that the interviewers are not paying much attention to my answers as they keep asking the same questions multiple times. They also asked funny and ridiculous questions regarding their working environment.
