I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at EY (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was difficult to get selected in the first place. Additionally, it took them a while from the time I applied for them to reach out to me about potential interest.

Question 1
In your opinion what type of business model works for an ESOP that is undergoing a bankruptcy issue
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Feb 2025
Interview
Had a referral so I had CV interview and then Economic modeling interview. Normally there is a test, but I skipped that. I actually blundered the case interview a bit but was very earnest with wanting to improve, and asked to give my answer again after some feedback. Since it was an internship they seemed to care the most that candidates wanted to learn and work hard > perfect performance. This was a new economic advisory chapter.

Question 1
Case question: There is a *piece of infrastructure* that will be built between country A and country B. How would you estimate demand for this *piece of infrastructure*? There is very little data in these countries. Was about a prev project where a government had contacted them to project demand to see if their investment would be worth it.
Easy theee interviews. Friendly, nice. Care study. Happy with the process. Would do it again. Want to apply to more jobs there. HR was good and communicated all the time. They are good with the interviews.
