I got call from consultant regarding the job opening. Interview was scheduled within one/two week. 1st there was face to face interview with manager and hr manager. All questions asked in interview was case study based. Next was a telephonic round from mumbai which was a little bit tough, as the person taking the interview was asking too much questions of which many answers were unconventional. Last round was partne round which was a short interview and just asked about why ey, why fraud investigation, family background, job responsibilities,etc

Questions are personality and behaviour based. More of a chat to discuss and align the expectation of management and candidates as the job is highly confidential in nature and contain certain risk.
