They hadn't reviewed my resume, asked generic questions, looked like they didn't want to be there from the moment the interview started, and they showed up in a white tshirt with red letters. Having hired and interviewed with many top tier firms, the minimal should have been a polo shirt. Interviewer is a reflection of the firm.
