Depending on the program you applied to, the interview process could vary. It was first an on-campus interview, then an office interview, depending on the intern position, it could be 2 interviews during the office visit or three interviews.

Average behavior questions at the first round interview. The whole process was generally very friendly. You get the chance to talk to their partners and chat with regular employees. They all seemed to be excited.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
