The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY in Mar 2011
Interview
The interviewers are really nice and make it a point that the interview is a get to know you situation versus a drilling you down situation. You'll need to answer the common questions like : "Why accounting, why this location, and why this firm," but often they'll leave a lot of time for you to ask them questions. Them seeing your fit and how much you want to be there is probably the most important goal of their interviews.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to finish some task or work someone else started?
I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Boston, MA)
Interview
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
