Initally had an an online test (numerical, verbal and logical). You then have a face to face interview which consists generally on competency based questions. I have got through to the a/c and will keep you posted
The interviewers were very friendly and accommodating. They asked most behavioural questions to want to get to know you as a person. There was also a presentation on a topic they choose on the day of the assessment centre.

I got a phone call inviting me to an interview. The interviewer was very friendly and the atmosphere was relatively relaxed. The questions were straight forward, only surprised by one that asked me what I could say about the current markets.
