I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EY (Diegem) in Nov 2018
Interview
One receives a short introduction about the company, which is very interesting. Afterwards, a business case has to be solved. The business case was a bit too high level at my opinion, but they tell you they do not look at what you say but at the way you say it. Last but not least you have a meeting with a recruiter and a partner/director. In this conversation they ask about your motivation and interest, but also about personal things you achieved in your life.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with a senior manager, focusing on background and experience. The final round was a panel interview with three team members covering technical and behavioral questions. Overall, the process was well-organized and straightforward.
total of 3 round. general question about credit risk and background knowledge. if you don't have recent project about credit risk field, at least you should know how to calculate ECL and how bank lending system works.
