Applied through University contact by submitting Cover Letter and CV. Afterwards, I performed some online assessment as initial screen.
Next, I got an interview with 2 consultants and got offered the internship the day after.
Overall, I can say that it is an efficient interview process. I appreciated the quick follow-up response

Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
