Several stages to the process as expected which included an initial interview over the phone, a case study with the Partner and Directors and then a final one to one with a senior partner in the team. The case study included reviewing a set of FS and then working through several questions from a diligence perspective to answer under time constraint.

2 stage hiring process 1st stage Case study followed by an hour de-brief and CV walk through. Case study was based on a fictitious EY client who I needed to conduct financial due diligence. De-brief consisted of discussing my responses to 6 questions. This was very informal and was designed for me to articulate issues/concerns noted.
