Il colloquio con l'HR è il primo, molto semplice. Ha chiesto di descrivere il mio percorso e cos mi ha spinto a candidarmi per la posizione. Successivamente ha chiesto di descrivere in inglese la mia esperienza all'estero.
Il colloquio tecnico è orientato a mostrare le conoscenze base della contabilità e del bilancio.
Il colloquio con il partner è solo motivazionale.

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
