Interview
I got in touch with an EY recruiter on LinkedIn who then setup an interview for me. I had two interviews one with Senior Manager and another with an Audit Partner in the department that I had applied to work in.

Straight forward and easy was two interviews and they had great communication on both and also asked practical questions to gauge your technical knowledge as well as try see if you’re the right fit for the team

Le processus de recrutement a commencé par l’envoi de la candidature, suivi d’un entretien téléphonique de préqualification. J’ai ensuite passé un entretien technique avec l’équipe, puis un entretien final avec les RH.
