The interview at EY is pretty standard. For assurance, the main aspect the interviewer is looking for is knowledge on accounting and auditing practices mainly limited to CA Intermediate syllabus. Good communication and confidence is the key to crack the interview

At first there will be a Online assessment test. After that a group discussion and an interview with the HR team . Once cleared GD and HR round, Final interview with the partners .

Interview
First will be the aptitude test based on which you will be selected for your first interview that is, the HR round. After you clear the HR round, there will be a Technical round. The final round is the Partner round.
