Was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Phone screen followed by an in person interview with two people in the local office. Total time from initial communication to offer was 2 months. The interview process for this position was pretty standard. There were some behavioral based questions but the interview felt more like a conversation. Throughout the process communication with multiple people at EY was not difficult either. Overall the process was very smooth and a decision was made very quickly, despite the holiday season.
