      I interviewed at EY

      Interview

2 people interviewed me in the first round ( 1 HR in greek and 1 designer in english ) , they did not give me a brief about this when they called me to book the interview but I was prepared anyway. The english was first, I introduced myself and talked about my portfolio and when the english person had to go was when I realised that not only the greek HR person was not listening ( i guess it is fine, they do not need to know my design process) , but they had not even read my CV! Not sure if their level of english is so low or they were just new to this position or they only care about showing off of how amazing they are to have this position and how little they care about you, but I felt so uncomfortable and as it was my fault that I lacked the job experience they are looking for. I mean, it is right there in my CV and cover letter I prepared for you and I was talking for 2 minutes about my journey already, in both greek and english! They did not even send me a rejection email...

      Question 1

I talked about myself mostly and they explained how the team works.
