Interview
Excellent process! You first have an information session. Then you have an interview with one employee in Human Resources. After that you interview with two different managers in the department they are going to have you work in. Then the decision is made to make you an offer or not.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
