Went through 3 step interview process with a recommendation from a friend working at EY. Overall, it was very friendly. Make sure you prepare for the aptitude tests properly, there are plenty of websites offering them for free or at small amount.

Fit entretien + etude de cas sur une autre journée. Entretien d'une heure pour apprendre à vous connaitre et test cubiks qui prends une trentaine de minutes pour tout faire.
Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.
