There was an initial phone interview (basically a screening) and they asked basic questions, e.g. why EY? why the service line?, and then go through the CV. Interview followed up about a week later with the Senior Management and HR. It was a longer hash of CV and any leadership roles/past experience to show competencies.

Overall good experience. 2 rounds of interview. Got to know results in 1 day. Smooth process. Interview was scheduled online. Three interviewers were present. Covered technical questions and skills i know.
the application process is starting from looking in the LinkedIn. After that, they refer to the EY website. From this you can see the requirement for the job applicant. Depends on the role whether the company expect quite experience on organization and academic. The most important they put a highlight is being active on organization which they know how social you are.
One round of interview. During the interview, there were mostly behavioural questions, with some industry-specific terms or concepts tested, and a segment for you to present your research based on the task given.
