Interview
SJT testing and mathematical questions based on a case study is followed by an assesment centre. The assesment centre is split into a group assignment and an individual test. The group excercise was to choose a single or multiple ESG projects to fill up a budget. The individual assesment contained mathematical, SJT and logical followed by a written personal reflection about what you had learned in the interview process.

What have you learned about EY through this process?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
