I applied in-person. I interviewed at EY (Sydney) in Oct 2023
Interview
I submitted my application. Then I received an email with a link to an online assessment which was a combination of numerical reasoning, behavioural questions and one case study question. Around one month later I received and email asking for a phone interview (This was very brief - asking about what I already know about the role/ will I be interested in doing a CA after university etc). Finally, I received a final in-person interview this entailed a 15 minute presentation on an assessment called 'Point-Of-View Assessment,' followed by a 60 minute behavioural and motivation email.

Interview went for around an hour with two members of the team. It was less structured and more conversational than interviews at other firms. You had to prepare and ask your "better question" at the end and discuss.
