I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Got a call, great people to talk to, excellent conversation. Good questions and gave supporting replies. They are Excited to hear what you have to say and very interested in your future plans. One of very few companies that really focuses on you rather than numbers. Core values of EY are the best. They encourage leadership and hard work. Dont stress when talking to them, really casual conversation.

(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself
*tip: be prepared with questions to ask the interviewer
Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
