Interview
I applied for EY's internship program online and received a call inviting me to their industry day, which comprised a scavenger hunt (office tour), a graduate panel, group assessment, and interview. As a people person, I found that the interviewers seemed closed off and rushed through my interview, giving the impression they just wanted to get it over with rather than genuinely getting to know me. By contrast, I had been interviewed by the other Big 4 firms during this period and had a much better experience.
It was a virtual interview and it was one round only. The interviewer tested a case study and behavioral questions. Make sure you prepare for the case study as there were many QNA questions asked.
One resume drop and a super day with two different interviews. There is no casing or tricks that catch you off guard. They match you with a Recruitment Buddy too so you can ask them questions or help prep with them.
