I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Buenos Aires) in Oct 2012

Interview

There were 5 main meetings. 1st Getting to know you 2nd English skills exam 3rd Technical Skills exam with local tech leads 4th Technical Skills exam with USA tech leads 5th Health Exams After these meetings I had a final one to sign the contract and decide when to start working. In my cae this was 3 weeks after signing.

All the questions were related mainly to IIS, SSL certificates and some to Visual Studio.
