Video, Group dynamic, speed interviews, partner interview. EY summit takes an entire day. Overall it takes about a month. You can get an offer for any service line which might not be very practical if you want something specific.

I interviewed for People Advisory Services (PAS) in Oslo, Norway.

The first-round interview was rather comprehensive - first a personal interview, and then a case interview with a manager.

Question 1
Fairly standard stuff - tell me about yourself, how do you work in teams, etc. Nothing scary.
First round digital interview with a second and final round on site interview. Interviewers are very down-to-earth and easy to have a good conversation with. All together very positive interview experience.
