Interview
As part of the interview process for the internship at the company, they will first check the resumes and cover letters submitted on the website to ensure candidates possess the relevant skills, experience, and educational background. Shortlisted candidates will then be required to submit additional documents and complete an online assessment. Following this, they will schedule an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager. After the interviews are conducted, they will review and receive the results to determine the most suitable candidate for the internship position.

The process typically begins with an online application where candidates submit academic details, work experience, and competency-based responses. Shortlisted applicants usually complete online assessments covering numerical reasoning, situational judgement, and behavioural profiling. Successful candidates then progress to a video interview and often an assessment centre involving case studies, group exercises, and partner or manager interviews. The process assesses technical potential, commercial awareness, communication skills, teamwork, and alignment with EY’s values.
