Interview
The overall experience was utterly disappointing! There were 3 rounds of interviews/tests which was long and unnecessary.
The final round left me feeling utterly disappointed at the organisation that runs the way it does in this day and age. The interviewer was quite disrespectful and distasteful in his mannerisms. He made the selected few wait for 2 hours to conduct the interview regardless of giving us timeslots. Following a brief conversation about my past work experiences, he marked up on my cv.
Although we finished test rounds by that point, he repeated the same questions to test my skills. Finally, he continued to imply that working overtime and being paid less made them passionate architects. Although I had rejected the company at that point, they took 3 weeks to get back to me with a rejection letter.
I'd advice against wasting your time with them, there are far better job opportunities in Bangalore!
