Interview
The first interview was an objective questionnaire based on skills and experience, with your would-be manager. The second interview felt less organised and appeared to involve off-the-cuff questions with a senior manager. Both interviews were via video call and the second interviewer did not turn on their camera, which was quite unsettling as you were talking to a blank screen. The second interview is very much a one-way street where you are asked a series of open ended questions
The process took 7 weeks from being approached for interview to completing two interviews

Second interview - you’re on-site in another country and holding a meeting with senior officials/managers, the meeting is getting out of hand, what do you do?
Second interview - I can see from your CV that you have used CAD in a previous role, is it safe to say you’re more of a design engineer than a project manager?
