Unprepared and chaotic. Interviewer didn't ask me questions about myself, but seemed to offer the job on the spot. Lots of red flags IMO. Three different emails with three different people I was supposed to meet with. The person I did end up meeting with seemed uninterested and overworked.

it was really smooth at the beginning. However, the owner of the company wants to schedule an other interview. They didn't get any information after I had an interview with the owner of the company. They didn't apply the interview procedures.
