Interview
T2 lead was kind and asked the basic questions MSP's ask We didn't start out with the normal "tell me about yourself" which almost every interview does which usually leads into the questions. Overall was nice and simple but also recorded so they can take that to whomever later if needed. I would say just expect the normal MSP questions. I also applied for T3 but they said "t2 just opened up" and the range dropped down to 60k. This is a bit of a drop in comparison and it seems like MSP's in Vancouver and PDX want to pay less then most other jobs unless you have experience that would put you way above the MSP pay ranges.

Interview
The entire recruitment process consisted of three rounds with Customer success manager, Customer Success Manager Lead and with Founder with in 2-3 months time frame followed by HR asking for documents related to work experience, education and references and then completely vanishing from answering the calls and replying on mail.
