The whole process took about 3/4 weeks.
First a face-to-face interview with the CTO and then he was asked to do a small PHP programming challenge. Finally, this challenge was presented and defended to the CTO and a team of developers.
The CTO always seems to me to have a good posture, but the developers were a little rude.
One of the "mistakes" that pointed out to me was not using Laravel in the challenge, when it was never required.
The worst part of the process was that after all this process they did not give any feedback. I was not hired, but I was never told that.
