A phone interview with the recruiter for Edward Jones and follow up with emails for verification process and online employment application followed by two in person interviews with the management at the location of hire

Tell me a time when you had to meet a very tough deadline and what you did to meet it
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
