Interview
The interview process is very thorough and extensive. I has approximately three (3) phases including a background check. After qualifying from the initial test online, a phone interview is scheduled. Once the interview passes those hurdles, the prospect must go through drug testing, fingerprinting and an extensive background check before qualifying for an in person interview.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult client situation?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
