Interview
After I submitted my resume, I received an email scheduling a telephone interview for the following week. The telephone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. The first few minutes consisted of 'getting to know me' questions and then she started asking specific situational questions. STAR - situation, task, action and result. Very pleasant telephone call and I felt very comfortable. After the telephone interview, I received consent notifications to finish and now have an in-person interview scheduled with the FA in a couple of weeks. The process is not over yet but I wanted to say I found the information on Glass Door to be quite helpful in preparing for the telephone interview.

Question 1
Why do you want to work as a BOA for Edward Jones?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
