Interview
Online application, phone interview, in person interview, online assessment and then hopefully an offer for you! Every step was explained before proceeding. The questions are situational, so be prepared to offer real life answers.

Question 1
Describe a situation in which you lost a customers trust and explain what you did to earn trust back.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
