You receive a detailed and transparent 17-page booklet about the role right from the outset. I found it refreshing to be given so much information about the opportunity even before the first interview.
Phone interview was conventional. "Describe a time when you've...". I then went to a career evening to meet existing Advisors, wrote a brief business plan and completed a door-to-door market research activity.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
10 step progressive process teaching you about the role and orienting you every step of the way ending with a realistic immersive simulation. Extraordinary emphasis on culture and community that is very appealing.
