Interview
After submitting an application, you get to participate in an On Demand Video Interview- 5 questions. If you pass the On Demand Interview, you receive a communication looking to schedule a follow up phone interview with HR. So far is has only been a week long process.

Question 1
Describe how you handled a difficult situation with a customer?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
